Great game, but battery intensive

I absolutely love the game, it runs really well on my 6S, but despite having the most recent iPhone, this game still eats up my battery very quickly. I can barely play for a couple hours without losing my over half my battery, and it feels like I have to be glued to a charger to play for longer sessions of time.
